WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE CARD
International Student Identity Card (ISIC)
The ISIC card is available to full-time students at school, college or university, aged 12 years and above. There is no upper age limit.
International Youth Identity Card (IYIC)
If you aren't a student, but are under 26 years old, the International Youth Travel Card (IYTC) is the right card for you
International Teachers Identity Card (ITIC)
If you're a full-time teacher or professor, you can apply for the International Teacher Identity Card (ITIC)
WHAT WE NEED TO PROCESS YOUR CARD
Passport copy
Passport-size photo
A copy of unversity or student identity card clearly dated and indicating you are a full time student (students)
An identity card issued in your country of residence (youth)
A letter on official school/university stationert proving your full-time teacing status (teachers)
WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF THE CARD
Student & teachers: ISIC is valid for 16 months from the start of the academic year i.e September 2010 - December 2011. Cards issued before August end 2010 will be valid until 31 Dec 2010. Cards issused after September 2010 will be valid until 31 Dec 2011.
Youth: ISIC card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
